TERMS & CONDITIONS
- 1. We kindly ask that appointments are confirmed 24 hours prior to vour treatment. We send out reminders to prompt the confirmation and endeavour to reach out via phone or text if we have not heard from you by late afternoon the day before. Confirming can be done via text message, Instagram/Facebook message, or by phone (please leave a voicemail if the line is busy).
- 2. Any appointments not confirmed by the end of the day prior to treatment will be automatically deleted. If this should happen, we cannot guarantee to be able to rebook you for that same day or time.
- 3. We require 24 hours notice for the cancellation of vour scheduled services. Clients cancelling with less than 24 hours until their scheduled services WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY 50% OF THE SERVICES RESERVED in order to continue booking other services with our business. This includes partial cancellation of services i.e. booked in for lashes and waxing and cancelling one of these services on the day.
- 4. No-shows will be treated as a cancellation within 24 hours and will be charged accordingly.
